Therm ic

The Therm-ic foot warmer was launched in 1985 after David Macher grew tired of having cold feet while skiing. Two years later, in 1987, he filed a patent. Since then, this concept has been steadily developed further.
With the new PowerPack technologies, the foot warmer system became very successful in the 1990s. Additional patents were applied for and new products like the Bootwarmer and ThermicAir were introduced to the market. The ThermicAir is the first UV light boot drying system with integrated bacteria reduction.
In 2002, the Therm-ic was awarded the “Most Innovative New Business in Austria in the Past 25 Years” for its overall performance. Constant innovations and great curiosity about new technologies have paved the way to consumers.
